FAQ

  • What do I get as part of this subscription?

    Access to two specific Strength for Sport exercise sessions a week. Upon signing up you will receive at least these two new sessions each week and more. Extra content available will be a conditioning session and mobility work that can also be completed.

  • Can I get assistance with technique from Chris?

    All of the videos have excellent content on how to perform each exercise correctly and common errors that can occur in movement. If you require further assistance please contact me and we can arrange further coaching/tuition over zoom.

  • Do I need exercise equipment?

    No you don't. However it is advisable to have a foam roller, a hard massage ball, a theraband, and access to at least a kettlebell or dumbbell. If you have access to more than this then you will be able to use your other equipment.

  • What ages does this apply to?

    The program is designed for children from Year 5 through to Year 12.

  • Can I cancel this subscription at anytime?

    Absolutely, just send me an email and I will arrange this for you. I'm sorry I cannot charge weekly. This online learning system only allows monthly at a minimum payment.

  • Do I need to supervise my child while they perform the workouts?

    For younger children this is advisable, especially until they get used to the content and how to perform the exercises. For high school children they should be right to follow along and get the workout completed on their own. Sit back and relax, or get your own work done while they get their workout done.
